HRI and reports to Deeksha . He is an Engineer MBA with
about twenty years experience in various industries.
Partha handles overall management of business at HRI
i.e. Training, Recruitment, Payroll and Telemarketing.
He has wide experience in Sales, Marketing, HR etc.
in manufacturing sector. Prior to joining HRI he has
been the General Manager –Human Resources at one
of the reputed steel industry.

10 yrs, is a management graduate from Institute of Productivity
and Management, Lucknow, with an additional Advanced
Training in Human Resource from Carl Duisberg Gesellschaft,
Germany.
Jaya has a background in Training and Consulting and
has been involved in various projects in both Indian
& Multinational environments with large multi-locational
